Donewell rewards sales executives

Donewell Insurance Company, one of the leading non-life underwriting companies, has rewarded about 25 sales executives in the 2018 accounting year for their spectacular performance.

The rewards were in the form of cash and materials. Seth Aklasi, Managing Director of the company, revealed that the awards were given to these top-flight sales executives for their contribution to the growth of Donewell Insurance premium income portfolio in 2018.

According to him, most of the award-winners have built a significant book of business acquisition, and this has kept on growing year-on-year for over 25 years. More importantly, too, the sales executives contributed almost 54% of premium income generated for the company last year.
He also admitted that he is especially happy because Donewell Insurance Company sees its relationship with its sales executives as being beyond business, and will always in the face of technical difficulties look at how to meet with them half-way.

Aklasi stressed that this will make doing business with Donewell Insurance reassuring. He prides himself on having a strong team of sales executives that is young and hungry for success, so they are always ready to go the extra mile to satisfy their clients.

“At Donewell Insurance we keep learning new things every day, and we have rounded-up our annual training programme for sales executives this evening under a spectacular marketing sales trainer - Michael Abiw.”

In all, awards were given in categories ranging from Best-Performing Sales Executives cutting across to Long Service, Fastest-Growing Sales Executive with the Best Retention.

Mrs. Mercy Whyte of Accra branch bagged the topmost award, walking away with the keys for a brand-new Suzuki Celerio Salon car for the first time in history of Donewell Insurance. Meanwhile, Barbara Osei of Kasoa branch grabbed the first runner-up position with a cash prize of GH¢5,000.

The second-runner up prize of Gh¢3,000 was bagged by Andriana Annor of Kumasi branch, and Ebenezer Adjei of Kumasi branch went home happily with a cash prize of GH¢2,000 as third runner-up.
