Loyalty Hotel donates to Wesoamo Child Cancer Foundation

Childhood cancer care delivery in Ghana has many dire challenges, with a large portion of communities still without access to this basic health care service.

With just about two childhood cancer treatment centers (Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital, and a bigger one in Korle-Bu), Wesoamo Child Cancer Foundation is helping to give access to this major healthcare problem.

To help mitigate the challenges, Loyalty Hotel a subsidiary of the Loyalty Group of Companies has given cash donation, at a fundraising dinner dance in Accra, to the Wesoamo Child Cancer Foundation, in this month of love, as part of the hotel’s Corporate Social Responsibility.

The chairman of the group, Mr. Tommy Annan along with the Managing Consultant, Mr. Cephas Kojo Asimadi made the donation on behalf of the hotel.

Speaking at a ceremony to present the items to the foundation, the chairman of the group, Mr. Tommy Annan, said there was the need for the private sector to support health care providers and facilities in the country.

He said it was the aim of the group to make health care services affordable and easily accessible to deprived Ghanaians.

Loyalty Hotel (LH) is a new hotel that offers a safe, clean, friendly and vibrant place to stay at excellent prices. LH is strategically located off the Nungua Barrier-Junction Mall road near the LEKMA Polyclinic (Buade – Addogonno Road). LH has been in operations for about a year.
