Old Mutual Ghana rewards top performing sales employees for 2019




Old Mutual Ghana, a major player in the insurance and pensions industry in Ghana has rewarded its top performing sales staff for the just ended financial year 2019 at a plush event held in Accra on the 8th of February 2020 at the Fiesta Royale Hotel.

The event, which is organised annually, is part of Old Mutual’s unflinching commitment to reward exemplary performance aimed at motivating employees towards delivering excellent service to its customers in the year 2019.

A total of 24 awards were presented to the deserving winners who worked tirelessly over the past year to help Old Mutual achieve its business objectives. The top performing financial advisor for the retail sales category was Mr. Awudu Adam whilst Miss. Loretta Asare won the award for top performing financial advisor for the bancassurance category. The top performing corporate relationship manager award went to Miss. Emma Ocansey.

Eight (8) of the award recipients were recognized with a fully paid trip to the South African resort town Durban.  Two (2) other winners with their respective partners also won a fully paid trip to Vietnam.

Prizes ranged from certificates, plaques and cash prizes amounting to GH¢ 50,000.
