Enterprise Life interacts with its cherished customers

A few weeks back, the management of Enterprise Life epitomised the adage “the customer is the business” when they hosted a cross-section of their cherished policyholders at a customer engagement session dubbed ‘In the Green Zone’.

The event, which was held at the plush Kempinski Gold Coast City Hotel, Accra, saw in attendance customers of the foremost life insurance company in Ghana, management of the company, management of the Enterprise Group and affiliate subsidiaries, media and board members of the company.

The Green Zone event was a customer engagement and networking drive that also offered an opportunity for the company to share information with customers, especially on how they can reach company representatives and enhance their customer experience at each location or touchpoint. It also offered the company, which has been in operation for seventeen years, an opportunity to recognise and award some vintage clients who had patronised the company for more than 15 years.

On his part, the Group CEO of the Enterprise Group, Mr. Keli Gadzekpo, was ecstatic about the attendance and progress that the company has made through the efforts of its clientele. “The Enterprise dream is not just to sell insurance, but to be at the advantage of every single Ghanaian, from birth to death. We are elated that distinguished people as yourselves have bought into the dream. We hope and pray that your continued patronage of our policies will be reciprocated by our efforts to always innovate when it comes to customer experience, and ensure that you are comfortable at any stage of your lives.”

Mrs. Jacqueline Benyi, Executive Director of Enterprise Life, spoke about the various ways through which the company is prepared to avail itself for any customer enquiry or issue. She mentioned the various touchpoints that the company has - including digital platforms like social media handles and a mobile life centre that brings customer experience to the doorsteps of policyholders.

The highlight of the night was an award given to Mr. Benjamin Dwummah-Adu, a customer of Enterprise Life who signed a policy on the day the company was incorporated to do business. His award was an all-expenses paid weekend stay in the largest suite of the Kempinski Hotel, and some souvenirs from the company.

This event marked the first of its kind, and will be held in the various regions of Ghana over the coming months.
